This was inspired by personal experience. In NYC there is a great vintage thrift store called Beacon’s Closet that I would visit frequently to find cute things such as rose printed vintage dresses, Anna Sui lacy tops, silk embroidered vests,  leather knee high pirate boots, etc. Usually I was super poor, but would go there to look around anyways. It’s awfully fun! Lets just say when a girl finds something vintage and truly one-of-a-kind, never to be found again, there is an internal urgency to buy it! I think we all kow this feeling!
