Three ladies

Here is a new drawing I did featuring a lyric fromt he song “Hate” by Fiction Plane. While the original lyric says “we hate things” I changed it to “love” because there are already too many people in the world who think they are cool and different, and hate those unlike them. But the really cool people are those who are different but show love and understanding, rather than hate, right?

Soothing music for the sensitive soul

This is the perfect music for a sensitive soul, and I should know. My boyfriend got me a book, something like “The Highly Sensitive Person’s Survival Guide”, and when I took the quiz in order to see if I am an “HSP” I scored a 17 and only needed a 12 to be considered one. So apparently 20% of the population falls into this category, and those who do have a stronger inclination than the rest of the world to feel pain and suffering (not only of themselves but of other people and animals), to be easily startled by sounds or light flashes, to be deeply touched by the arts, and to not like confrontation and fighting. So what can a HSP do to be soothed and balanced in a “happy place”? Listen to Breath by Telepopmusik!
