Fletcher by Lyell Peter Pan Collar Pleat Blouse from Urban Outfitters

This is a new blouse I bought from Urban Outfitters, designed for UO by independent designer Lyell. I liked it right away when I saw it: peter pan collar, buttons down the back, and fitting darts= adorable blouse. The only downfall is that it’s hard to button by yourself, and the buttons can come undone once in a while without you realizing it! Otherwise, great blouse!
