My New Industrial Sewing Machine!

I bought this beautifully historic- looking, industrial sewing machine last week off of craigslist for a STEAL of a deal. It purrs like a kitten, and works with fine precision and speed. I couldn’t be happier! The old machines are so sturdy it’s unbelievable!

Studio Apartment Style -  Vintage Aprons in my Kitchen

I recently moved into a new apartment! It’s a cute little studio, in an old building above a business in historic downtown Bowling Green. I love it! Over the last two weeks I have been fixing it up and I will plan to post pictures here periodically.

Here are a few pictures of my kitchen wall. I have made a “bunting” using various vintage aprons I’ve collected. Some are from garage sales, antique stores, and my final one (light blue with white lace ruffles) I purchased off of etsy from a very sweet seller, Joyce of Past Romance.

I like how it turned out! I love how they have brightened up the place into a cheery kitchen, and it was very inexpensive to do!
